Yes, all our acts are self-contained and come with suitable sound equipment.

Most acts need at least 2–3 independent 13-amp sockets, depending on the size of the band and sound system.

Yes, all acts are PAT tested and hold adequate public liability insurance. If your venue requires documentation for either, please inform us at least two months before your event.

Typically, soloists and duos arrive at least one hour before the scheduled performance. Larger bands usually arrive earlier in the day to set up and sound check, ensuring they're ready to perform on time. Additional fees may apply if early arrival outside standard arrangements is required.

Setup duration varies: solo acts may take around 20 minutes, while larger bands may need up to an hour. Most acts aim to complete setup within approximately one hour.

Performance lengths are agreed upon in advance and detailed in the contract. Common options include two 45-minute sets, two 60-minute sets, or three 40-minute sets, with short breaks in between.

Standard breaks are typically 15 minutes but can be adjusted according to your preferences. Any specific requirements will be discussed and included in the contract.

Some bands will learn one special song at no extra charge, but generally there is a small fee for this service. Please let us know at least a few months in advance if you want a particular song, such as a first dance.

Our acts have their setlists listed on their profiles. They usually select a mix of songs from their repertoire, but we encourage clients to communicate any must-have tracks. If you want the act to perform songs outside their usual setlist, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

Yes, typically a pre-selected playlist played via iPod through the PA system. You're welcome to create your own playlist with specific songs you'd like played during breaks.

Acts will dress appropriately for the occasion, matching the event's style and theme.

We request that the band receives complimentary soft drinks throughout their stay and a hot meal after setup. Many bands arrive in the early afternoon and often leave late into the night, so a meal is greatly appreciated.

To secure your booking, respond to your designated booking agent. They will confirm with the act, and a contract will be issued for both parties to sign. A deposit (specified in the contract) via BACS is required to finalise the booking.

The price listed on an act's profile often reflects their minimum fee for local performances with minimal travel. Travel and additional time expenses are added if the event is outside their standard area.

Yes, all quotes provided include travel expenses.

In the rare event of cancellation, we will do our best to find a suitable replacement. If that's not possible, a full refund will be offered upon request.
